The video “Hypocrites??” examines Matthew 6:1-4 in terms of the effect of doing acts of righteousness, or religious activities, in a highly public forum.

It is discovered that hypocrites are created by the desire to be admired by others for our piousness. This, in turn, can cause our healthy, heartfelt Christianity to become “fake.”

We become mere actors and the unconventional Jesus shows us that we have received all the rewards we will get.

But if we practice our Christianity naturally and quietly, God himself will reward us.
