The Most Dangerous Thing In The World Script

“The most dangerous thing in the world is ??” I am not going to tell you just yet. But I will ask you if you have this dangerous trait? Are you contagious to your friends?

The answer will be seen in a demonstration in just a moment.

The statement concerning “The Most dangerous thing in the world,” was given by
a religious leader of a 900-year-old Buddhist group

But Jesus came 2000 years ago and is a MUCH BETTER source than ANY man.

So follow along as we look to see if you are dangerous to yourself or others.
Jesus said he came down FROM HEAVEN.

Twice to Nicodemus Jesus said he had come down from heaven.

Four more times in John 6 Jesus referred to himself as having come down from
heaven.

Peter said that God “sent the Christ” from heaven.

But why did Jesus LEAVE the very place every God-fearing person wants to get to?

The answer: You. You are the “why” he left heaven. You are the “why” behind Phil 2. “Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, (6) who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, (7) but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness
of men. (8) Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.

YOU are why Jesus gave up his eternal spirit form. Jesus thought YOU were more
important than being an equal with God the Father.
So, Jesus emptied himself of the status of equality with God and took on the FORM of
a servant of God, one who will do WHATEVER the Father said.

Let me illustrate. What would you think if the assistant Coach of a basketball team went
to the locker room, took off his suit, put on a jersey & shorts and came to the court? He
would be giving up the “coach” role for a “player” role. Why would he do that? Because
he sees a need in his players that only he could fix.

Jesus saw your needs and that you can’t fix yourself.
So, because of you, he stopped being a spirit, like his Father, and became human, like
us.

And for your sake, WITH PURPOSE AND INTENSITY, he humbled himself still more.
He brought unlikeable people together, like a tax collector for Rome named Matthew
and a Zealot named Simon that hated everything Roman. He answered questions from snooty, snobby people. He dealt with politically hot topics like paying taxes to Rome.
Because of you, he was INTENSELY HUMBLE as he prayed in the Garden of
Gethsemane.

With PURPOSE AND INTENSITY, he allowed his arrest.

People get INTENSE when they are being hit and punched like Jesus was.

It required DETERMINATION when all his disciples left him. As the rooster crowed, He summed up his STRONG WILL to look at Peter.

For You, He was DOGGEDLY silent while he was being falsely accused.
And He was RESOLUTE when they were HARSHLY ACCUSING him before Pilate.

He DID NOT WAVER when they picked Barabas over him to be freed.

And for you, He BUCKLED DOWN, even more, when they laid him on the cross and nails were driven through his hands and feet.

All for you.

He SUFFERED FOR YOU for hours.

What response do YOU give to Jesus for all these intense actions? Are you doing what
most people do?

A VERY DANGEROUS thing to you and your friends is APATHY.
Do you care that he did this for you? And what message are you constantly sending
your friends?

GOD WILL NOT ACCEPT APATHY. “But one who looks INTENTLY at the perfect law, the law of liberty, AND ABIDES BY
IT, NOT having become a forgetful hearer but an EFFECTUAL doer, THIS MAN will be
blessed in what he does.
Peter wrote, “Now for this very reason also, APPLYING ALL DILIGENCE, in your faith supply moral EXCELLENCE, and in your moral excellence, knowledge, (6) and in
your knowledge, SELF-CONTROL, and in your self-control, PERSEVERANCE, and in your PERSEVERANCE, godliness, (7) and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, LOVE. (8) For if these qualities are yours and ARE
INCREASING, THEY RENDER YOU NEITHER USELESS NOR UNFRUITFUL in the
true knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. (9) for he who lacks these qualities is BLIND OR SHORT-SIGHTED, HAVING FORGOTTEN his purification from his former sins.
